As an Associate Banker in the Technology Industry at JP Morgan, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Your role will involve introducing our comprehensive solutions to clients, helping to cover new prospects, deepening existing client relationships, and promoting both internal and external client dialogue. You will need a deep understanding of our solutions, including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services. Working closely with our product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core, you will have the chance to demonstrate your interest in cross-border businesses, cultural sensitivity, and exceptional work ethic.

Build a brand within your market that represents the Technology Industry group at JP Morgan as the “Leading Innovation Economy bank serving the best and most diverse clients” Develop new business in your market by acquiring new relationships, deepening existing relationships by delivering the entire Firm, and leading internal strategic discussions across all our solutions including credit and payments Focus on seeking out the best and most diverse founders powering innovation by leveraging a referral network built through business activities and relationship development Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset balanced with the ability to manage risk (credit, operational, and reputational) appropriately Driving innovation innovation, the start-up eco-system and entrepreneurship, leading to a desire to stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnershipsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
3+ years of related experience Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services Excellent sales management and business development skills Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hirePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred Strong committed team player, looking to add to a national team of likeminded, passionate Innovation Economy bankers
