The Role As a Banking Lawyer in this team, you will: - Work on a broad range of financing transactions, acting for leading UK clearing banks, investment banks, and independent funders. - Gain experience in areas such as acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, securitisation, debt capital markets, and asset-based lending. - Provide legal advice to a diverse range of clients, from listed companies to small enterprises, with a strong emphasis on regional and national work. - Collaborate with a high-quality, partner-led team across various banking specialisms, delivering innovative and commercially-driven solutions.
