Overview of the Department/Section
The Operations Department is responsible for managing the operations performed in Paris but also for monitoring the relationship with EOD EMEA as for the Hub and spoke process (Paris operations outsourced in London). And Operation Department is handling and keeping customers’ important documents. This department comprises 3 sub departments:

Part of the Operations Department, the Business Operations Team is responsible for execution and verifications of various operations to ensure full compliance with the Banking Industry and regulatory and legal frameworks and to provide good service level to MUFG customers
Key Responsibilities
Officer for the daily operations concerning transfers (international and domestic), SEPA, checks, LCR and circularisation.Customer contact for daily operations.To facilitate client queries relating to Payment Processing and resolving in a timely manner in line with cut-off’sActively participating in new system testing (UAT) and scenarios preparations when called upon, ensuring scripts encompass all eventualities and are relevant. Be a contact point for team members and other departments, resolving questions and providing accurate guidance.To ensure completion of expected processing by Payment Services, with accuracy, compliance to procedures and regulations, and within expected time frames.Maintaining accurate records for staff and team processing and statistics, in line with requirements from Management and regulators.Work Experience
Banking exposure in a Back office role (3 years +)Experience of working in a fast moving environment under time pressure whilst retaining strong attention to detail.Skills and Experience
Functional / Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of SWIFT message types (MT & XML) and routing of messages, standard ISO20022, CFONB160 & CFONB320.Knowledge of SEPA (SCT & SDD), cheques, LCR etcA high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication (English & French, written and verbal skills).Working knowledge of Microsoft products to Intermediate level (Word, Excel etc).Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree and/or equivalent experience.Personal Requirements
