Job Description:
Experience level: More than 10 years’ experience in the banking area. Proven experience in leading banking / product offerings for Banks, Financial Services Providers, and new market entrants that deliver real business benefits. This should cover technical and operational components.
Proven experience in offering P&L management, analyst and advisor engagement, offering development and direct customer interactions to drive sales.
Able to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation especially business owners at C-suite.
Must be able to identify and address solution gaps within Banking offering using industry knowledge, professional networks and working closely with key partners and clients.
Proven experience in playing a lead role in highly strategic Banking pursuits navigating internal and external processes. This includes participating in client workshops, presentations and contract negotiations.
Be able to operate at a global level whilst developing strong relationships with local stakeholders and team members.
Position summary:
This highly visible, client facing and critical position will be the solutioning point of accountability Cards and Payments Solutions Globally.
Working as an individual contributor you must be self-motivated with a passion for payments, helping our clients achieve their goals and DXC succeed against competitors.

Banking Offering / Product Leader
You will own the offering strategy, roadmap and innovation, including investment asksUsing your Banking knowledge and experience you will identify and help close solution gaps ensuring our offering remains competitiveHelp to develop new collateral and marketing material to enable salesEnsure Solution Architects use approved solution components from the toolkit with the aim of improving standardisationAct as a conduit between the BPS Sales and Delivery teams at DXC ensuring a feedback loop in in placeOwn and develop the Banking Offering toolkit ensuring our services remain relevant for our clientsOwn and develop Banking BPS differentiators and ensure internal stakeholders understand what makes DXC uniqueRegularly share updates to stakeholders across the businessAttend industry events and conferences to increase DXC visibility and to develop new partnerships and networksWork with industry analysts and advisors to position Banking BPS positively.Banking Consultancy
Provide consultancy, best practice to sales, pursuit and delivery teams to ensure key DXC differentiators and messaging is delivered – measure of success is building winning solutionsSupport and help to secure new business from initial Business Development through to pursuits (RFIs, RFPs, ITTs)Participate and recommend solutions that meet client objectives and desired outcomesRecommend and help develop strategic partnerships that strengthen DXC’s value proposition and ultimately win ratesHelp to develop DXC winning strategy including positioning against the competitionSupport Governance processes ensuring successful sign offs.Team Development & Mentoring
