Location: Buffalo, NY (onsite)

What You Will Do:
+ Deliver high-quality and efficient customer service to clients.
+ Meet monthly call quality performance targets.
+ Educate clients about our products and services.
+ Utilize multiple customer databases effectively.
+ Provide technical assistance as needed.
+ Collaborate with team members.
+ Operate and manage onsite equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Experience in banking customer service.
+ Proficient computer skills.
+ Strong administrative abilities.
+ Familiarity with CRM software.
+ Previous call center experience.
+ Excellent customer support skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
