We’re looking for Banking Operations Strategy & Implementation Lead to:
• help drive the Bank Core Operations team in the effective planning and execution of key programs that will enhance the Bank’s portfolio of digital products and capabilities
• oversee that key operations deliverables are met within the design, planning and execution of organization change management
• interact with Senior Operations, Business, Product, and Technologists to ensure approach and direction for change programs align and meet operation needs, and that those operational needs cover the full banking functions necessary to support quality client experience
• support the strategy, preparation, and presentation of banking operations direction and activity to numerous leadership committees and forums
• assist with framing the role and establishing process to ensure a quality operations function
• prepare for Go to Market and Change Management including but not limited to organizational change management, release planning, incident/problem management, business continuity, communications, and training
• support key project monitoring activity around monitoring progress, identifying risks and dependencies across stakeholders, timely remediation of issue, tracking to key milestones, and alignment with budget
