The Productivity and Performance Metrics role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for organizational productivity, developing metrics, and driving sustained performance improvements. The Productivity and Performance Metrics role champions a culture of accountability and data driven decision-making to ensure that the organization meets its productivity and business goals.

Key Functions:

Vision and Strategy: Define and champion the overarching vision for organizational productivity, developing strategies that align with business objectives and drive continuous and sustained performance improvement. Performance Oversight: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity effectively, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making across the organization. Cross-Organizational Leadership: Promote collaboration across departments, inspiring teams to adopt best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
