\n \n Job Description

The Banking Project Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of integration and transformative project initiatives for the Associa Client Shared Services Center. The Project Manager to support analysis and projects related to system integration with partner banks and working with the Center and Client Branches to transfer HOA deposits to Partner Banks. This position will make an impact by leveraging and enhancing existing methodology and governance to successfully drive transformation projects to closure.

\n Requirements

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n

· Supports methodology compliance and deliverable and milestone management processes for multiple projects and multiple departments.

\n

· Develops and maintains robust project work

\n

· Provides insights and value-added services to CSSC functional teams and Branch resources in adopting, using, and understanding project management practices.

\n

· Manages the administration of general meetings, setting and driving agendas, and documenting and following up on outcomes when applicable.

\n

· Performs risk and issue tracking & reporting, status gathering, and report development.

\n

· Responsible for identification of revised scope requests or enhancements and proper change control management.

\n

· Support the relocation and accounting for HOA deposit transfers.

\n

· Work with the Branch, Banking data management team, Accounts Payable, Billing and Lockbox teams to ensure all activities are properly set up and working effectively to support HOA activities.

\n

· Other duties as assigned.

\n

\n

Education and Experience

\n

· Bachelor’s Degree Required.

\n

· 5 - 7 years of directly related or closely related experience.

\n

· Experience in banking or with partners of banking institutions desired.

\n

\n

Knowledge and Skills

\n

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.

\n

· Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.

\n

· Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
