Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a dedicated Staff Attorney to join their Banking & Financial Services Litigation Team in North Jersey, South Jersey, or Philadelphia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This is a non-partnership track position.

  Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction. 2–4 years of substantive experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience handling all phases of foreclosure litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, and client communications. Bankruptcy experience is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.   Key Responsibilities: Represent financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to foreclosure matters. Manage case files, conduct legal research, and develop case strategies. Communicate directly with clients regarding case progress and legal strategies. Collaborate with firm attorneys to ensure effective case management and successful outcomes.   Why Join Us?
