**Overview** **:** Processes work orders for clients related to account opening according to account specifications for Lease and Escrow customers. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Complete account set-up of new accounts, including processing check deposit and withdrawals and completing new and closed account maintenance to ensure accuracy of the customer record. + Complete the certification process of W-8s & W-9s with the IRS. + Complete account maintenance, including name changes, address updates, security deposit, tenant reference and cost center changes on the appropriate system. + Complete daily verification of all the work types to ensure accuracy of completed activities. + Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. + Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. + Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. + Complete other related duties as assigned. **Scope of Responsibilities:** **Education and Experience Required:** Associate’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 2 years’ higher education and/or work experience **Education and Experience** **Preferred:** M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
