**Overview:** Completes quality control of associate processes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as assigned and requiring knowledge of multiple systems and cross-departmental processes. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Manage department email box, assign tasks and follow-up on requests. + Complete quality control functions on associate and vendor processes as assigned. + Maintain department procedures and implement new procedures as needed. + Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. + Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. + Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. + Complete other related duties as assigned. **Scope of Responsibilities:** The jobholder works under minimal supervision while interacting with numerous internal RLS departments. **Education and Experience Required:** + Associate's degree and a minimum of 1 years’ work experience, _OR_ + In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience **Education and Experience Preferred:** + Proven internal and external customer service experience + Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent spreadsheet and word processing software + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Advanced problem solving skills + Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
