Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with senior consultants to design innovative solutions that leverage data, AI, and automation to address client challenges in banking. This includes participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the development of proposals. 2. Engagement Execution: Take lead responsibility implementation of transformation initiatives by coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to project plans. Support cross functional teams to facilitate effective execution. 3. Banking Analysis: Conduct analysis of banking operations and processes to identify problem statements. Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights that inform solution design and execution. 4. Data Analysis: Execute Analysis by collaborating with various team to collect organizational data and metrics for deriving inferences. 5. Performance Tracking: Help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for transformation initiatives. Monitor project progress and report on outcomes to senior team members. 6. Client Engagement: Assist in client interactions by preparing materials for meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to ensure alignment with client expectations. **Required technical and professional expertise** The following technical and professional expertise is essential: 1. Educational Background: A master’s degree in finance or an MBA with specialization in finance, A Bachelor’s degree (BTech/ BE/ Integrated Masters) in a relevant discipline is required. 2. Experience: Over 10 years of experience in consulting or a services firm working with financial services industry, with a strong focus on banking transformation projects using data-driven approaches. 3. Banking Knowledge: Expertise in leading or crafting analytical solutions or products within the banking sector. 4. Skills: a. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. b. Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/ Power BI /Excel) for effective communication of insights. c. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn) for basic model development d. Working knowledge of cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying scalable solutions. 5. Professional Skills: a. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem identification and solution formulation b. Good communication skills for engaging with team members and clients c. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. **Preferred technical and professional experience** 1. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations, digital banking trends, and change in regulatory compliance requirements. 2.
