This includes identifying emerging trends such as embedded banking, ecosystem banking, and digital banking. * Winning Pitches: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients, effectively communicating how innovative solutions can address their unique challenges in regulatory risk and compliance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. * Problem Identification and Solution Design: Utilize extensive industry experience to identify complex problem statements within client organizations. Educational Background: A master’s degree in finance or a MBA with specialization in finance, A Bachelor’s degree (BTech/ BE/ Integrated Masters) in a relevant discipline is required. 2. Experience: Over 15 years of experience in consulting or a related field within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on banking transformation projects using data-driven methodologies. 3. Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial metrics and business drivers influencing decision-making within banking institutions. Comprehensive understanding of modern banking practices including embedded banking (business) models, ecosystem strategies, digital banking innovations, regulatory frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements. Have in depth understanding of at least one. 4. Technical Skills: a. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. b. Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/ Power BI /Excel) for effective communication of insights. c. knowledge of interpreting machine learning model outputs and deriving business inferences d.
