A Day in the LifeFirm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases.
Experienced in the area of real estate finance and capital markets, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment.

We Know YouYou have 2 to 5 years’ experience in a bankruptcy and restructuring practice with an emphasis on chapter 11 complex bankruptcy and transactional restructuring. Experience with litigation is required. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. You are admitted to the state Bar of Georgia or Tennessee.
