Description Our client is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team located in Dallas, Texas. This role will focus on providing legal counsel and representation to clients facing bankruptcy. This is a contract-to-hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice to clients regarding bankruptcy and litigation matters. • Administer claims and handle Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. • Represent both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases. • Stay updated and adhere to the Bankruptcy Code. • Manage personal bankruptcy filings and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. • Work with consumer bankruptcy issues and provide solutions. • Utilize Case Management Software for effective handling of cases. • Prepare legal briefs and other necessary legal documents. • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and positive attitude at work. Requirements • Must have comprehensive understanding and practical experience in Bankruptcy matters. • Show proficiency in dealing with Bankruptcy - Chapter 11 scenarios. • Experience in handling Bankruptcy - Creditor cases is essential. • Must have demonstrated experience in dealing with Bankruptcy - Debtor situations. • Must be proficient in interpreting and applying the Bankruptcy Code. • Require experience in handling Bankruptcy Filings. • Experience in dealing with Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases is a must.
