Evangelize and influence engineering best practices within BBD and with the wider engineering communityOwn and evolve the strategy of the Practice Family within BBDOwn the governance around standards and tooling across BBDCollaborate with Platform Leads to define missing standardsSupport the Platform Leads to drive standards and tools across engineering podsAlign approaches with the other Engineering Practices within the organisationDefine metrics and monitor efficiencies of the BBD Family initiativesHelp address skill gaps in engineering pods by providing upskilling / training opportunitiesSupport the Platform Leads to identify solutions to engineering gaps / challengesFacilitate development of cross-functional capabilities to address common gaps / challengesHelp remove blockers on adoption of Engineering initiativesEvangelize good solutions achieved within platforms / pods with the wider engineering communityPromote the culture of We build and we maintainPromote re-use rather than re-invent
