Job Description Primary Location: Gillette, Wyoming SUMMARY Operates computer and printers to design and produc e requested signs and promotional material by per- forming the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Designs and produces marketing signs and promot ional material as requ ested by management. Loads paper and ink based on sign and type needed for each individual project. Efficiently uses materials to minimi ze waste of equipment time and requ ired materials. Seeks approval with appropriate contact before initiating printing phase. Orders and maintains supplies need ed to produce signs following esta blished processes for purchase or ders and accounts payables. Calculates and creates invoices for billing and distribution of printed material and maintains the associat ed accounts receivable records. Packages finished signs in protective wra pping suitable for transport to recipient. Addresses packages for transportation and distributes them accordingly. Maintains the sign equipment through appropriate us e and performance of required routine maintenance. Either arranges for needed repairs or informs the appropriate contact of maintenance and repair needs Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
