The ideal candidate will hold comparable set-up experience or has worked in customer service before, a friendly/outgoing approach, a great approach to teamwork and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Shift Pattern: flexibility with schedules, with mostly MID/PM shifts, weekends and holidays availability required.

Pay Rate: $9.07 per hour + gratuity, when performing Server duties and $19.78 per hour, when performing Houseperson duties.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Banquet Attendant, you would be responsible for setting and cleaning banquet facilities, serving and providing our guests with excellent customer service, in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSet tables and chairs to meet function specifications.\nClean meeting space including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events\nDeliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments \nEnsure menu knowledge \nRemove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area \nEnsure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service \nRespond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner \nAssist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships \nAssist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. \n
