Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Buffet Attendants to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Buffet Attendant, you will place and refill cooked and cold food at the buffet or serving line.

What will you do?Set up tables following banquet event ordersRefill cooked and cold food items at the buffet and ensure all stations have the appropriate serving utensilsMonitor food levels at the buffet and partner with the culinary team to restock food itemsProvide the highest standard of customer service and respond to guest enquiriesWipe and clean all service stations and follow all health and safety proceduresBreak down the event according to company proceduresPerform other duties as assigned

Physical requirementsAbility to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and 50 lbs occasionallyAbility to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demandVariable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environmentMay be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
