Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is home to an innovative distinctive dining experience, boasting spectacular outlets and bars, each with its own vibrant personality, inviting décor, and distinctive menu.
\nIdeal candidate has at least 5 years of culinary experience in banquets. Seeking someone who is organized and open-minded. This individual will be helping to oversee 5-7 team members.
\n\nShift Pattern: varies with mix of AM and PM shifts, including shifts starting as early as 3am. Weekend and holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?
\nAs a Cook Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nOversee and prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards\nOversee and maintain cleanliness and food sanitation\nManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and all food products\nStock and maintain par levels for designated food station(s)\nVisually inspect all food sent from the kitchen\nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations\nAssist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, assisting with evaluations, training, scheduling and assigning work and delivering recognition and reward\nPrepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed\n\n#LI-CC2
