Embodying the rich heritage of Southern hospitality, this historic hotel features 504 rooms, over 60,000 square feet of meeting space, and five (5) food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a café, seasonal rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Banquet Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nMaintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times\nManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and food products\nStock and maintain designated food stations(s)\nVisually inspect all food sent from the kitchen\nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations\n\n
