What will you do? Set up and break down catering events per instructions given. Stock locations and help run food and beverage. Run equipment to locations. Assist with cleaning when needed. Assist in the catering warehouse. Assist in maintaining inventory in the catering warehouse. Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order. Stock linen, China , silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition. Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans. More about you Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently with grace in a high-volume fast-paced environment. Very organized with a strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be at least 16 years of age. Physical requirements Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift. Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to pull/push 100 pounds occasionally.
