Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development for banquet eventsSupervise and train culinary team members, ensuring proper techniques and adherence to standardsOversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistencyMonitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event executionEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environmentSupport the Executive Chef in menu tastings, special promotions, and menu engineeringStay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance the banquet dining experience

Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in banquet operationsStrong knowledge of banquet operations, food preparation techniques, and presentationCreativity and ability to develop innovative and visually appealing dishesStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Benefits
