As a Banquet Server, you will set tables and decor, serve and interact with guests, and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attending rehearsal dinners, weddings, and other catered events. Weekends, nights, and holiday availability is required, as those are the most popular event times. Banquet Server Responsibilities: + Set tables and decor prior to events. + Serve food- both from buffets and table service. + Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests. + Buss tables. + Clean event rooms following the event. Requirements & Skills: + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work under pressure. + We prefer serving experience either in a restaurant or a banquet setting, but we are willing to train motivated individuals! Physical Requirements: + Prolonged periods of standing, walking and carrying heavy trays. + Must be able to work early mornings, late night, weekends, and unpredictable hours- including the potential for holidays.
