POSITION SUMMARY:

The Banquet Server executes set up for all events and provide friendly, professional service for all functions in accordance with Bass Pro Shops Hospitality standards. They are responsible for serving for various sized banquets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Set ups, serves and cleans up banquet functions.Understands menu, preparation and food pick up locations.Ensures the proper storage of all assets and maintains clean and orderly work areas.Follows mandatory service requirements.Complies with state liquor laws and health regulations.Facilitates all guest requests in a timely courteous manner. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalentExperience: 6 months experience in banquets Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver's license and a safe driving record is required
