SUMMARY

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a part-time Banquet Server at Osceola Heritage Park.  The successful candidate will work both Banquet and Arena Functions within the Catering Department to include, Suite Attendant, Reception Events, Cart Service and any other function serving food and beverage items.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AMD RESPONSIBILITIES

Required to read, understand and continually follow the Savor Catering/Osceola Banquet Training GuideObtain Safe Staff training within 90 days of employmentFulfill the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO)Assist with set up and organization of catered eventServe food and beverage at events; provide excellent customer serviceMust be able to adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures of the company including alcohol and uniform policyAttention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a mustAssist with break down and cleanup of catered eventMaintain all Banquet equipment cleanlinessHands-on with all aspects of the Banquet Server dutiesOther duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE   

High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in the food service industryOne plus years of wait staff experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Some knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plusAbility to undertake and complete multiple tasksAbility to work independently or as a teamAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsExcellent communication and people person skillsClean professional appearance
