The Hilton University of Florida Conference Center, boasting over 25,000 sq ft of versatile meeting space, is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Banquet Servers to join our growing team. Qualifications About the Role: As a valued member of our banquet team, you will play a critical role in ensuring unforgettable events for our guests. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout various events, from conferences and meetings to weddings and social gatherings. Responsibilities: Set up and breakdown banquet space according to event specifications. Provide attentive and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Serve food and beverages efficiently and maintain a clean and organized environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications: Prior experience in banquet serving or a similar hospitality role is preferred. A strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings and weekends.
