Key Responsibilities:

Be the Heart of Hospitality: Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders and serving drinks promptly. Evaluate customer's preferences and needs to provide personalized recommendations for food and drink.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Carefully read banquet event orders to accurately set tables with linens, silverware, China, and glassware. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
Embrace Team Spirit: Collaborate with the catering and events team to ensure a seamless service experience.
Lead by example: Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Assist with breakdown and cleaning of event spaces post-service.
