THE JOB:

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $7.80+Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables

Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as: pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service

Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Excellent guest service and hospitality skills

Able to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously

Able to function and act independently

Able to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively both written & verbal

Able to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines

Is able to work independently

Can handle multiple tasks at one time

Has at least 6 months of prior experience reading event orders and executing event set ups
