We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players. The Banquet Server will provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
What you will do
To demonstrate through knowledge and ability, the execution of the service steps (i.e. greeting the guest(s), taking their order, serving of food, wine etc. during operating hours).To offer service all guests in a manner which exceeds expectations.To understand methods of preparation and presentation of all foods served.To have a solid knowledge of the wine and beverages served at the banquet events.To be vigilantly attentive to service details and product quality.To collect food from the kitchen when required.· To assist in other Food and Beverage areas when requested to do so, as business volumes require.What you bring
Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Ability to carry and balance a tray.Education: High school education or equivalent experienceExperience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.What to Expect
