Preferred Candidate will have a Full Availability; Previous Banquet and Houseperson experience will be an asset.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability. Rotating shifts throughout the week.

\n

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Banquet Houseperson, you are responsible for supporting Food and Beverage operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Houseperson will also be required to ensure cleanliness of all areas and maintain equipment. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nMaintain cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas\nEnsure equipment is in full working order and report any defects\nProject a professional manner to guests and team members\nAssist back of house team when requested\nAssist with set ups to ensure department runs efficiently\nManage the mis-en-place relating to Food and Beverage functions and special menus in a timely manner\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nAttend training provided by the hotel\n
