The franchised Trademark by Wyndham location in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef (hourly) (Franchise) to join its team at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center.
**The Role**
+ Supervisor the daily production of food for all catered events
+ Monitor/control the sanitation of the kitchen
+ Assist in the creation and planning of menus, ordering, inventory, etc.
**What you'll do**
+ Banquet food production, preparation and presentation
+ Create and plan menus
+ Supervise kitchen staff
+ Maintain kitchen sanitation levels
+ Control labor and food costs
+ Order food based on need
**You'll be successful if you have**
+ The ability to work under pressure.
+ The ideal candidate must be able to establish priorities and possess good communication skills.
+ Attention to detail is very important.
**Required Qualifications/Experience**
+ 2 - 3 years of experience in a culinary management/supervisory position, preferably in a high volume banquet facility
