THE JOB:
As a Banquets Utility Houseperson team member, you will be responsible for setting up, inspecting, and ensuring rooms are ready for the functions. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
STARTING PAY: $19.22 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Set banquet rooms as per diagrams and BEOs.Inspect rooms to make sure rooms are clean before and after functions.Ensure set-up is correct according to specifications on the floor plan and ready.Refresh meeting rooms.Clean and dismantle room set-ups.Keep storage areas in proper order.Gather all equipment needed for designated set up.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be capable of following directions.Must possess good recall and memory.Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsProfessional appearance and demeanor.Ability to use good common sense and sound judgment.
