The Opportunity:

The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for a Bar and Beverage Manager at our Bourbon Steak Restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the bar, managing a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the General Manager of Bourbon Steak to ensure smooth daily operations, control inventory, and develop strategies to enhance bar performance and customer satisfaction

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that service is delivered in line with Four Seasons' standards of excellence.Develop and maintain the food and beverage menu, ensuring it is diverse, high-quality, and aligned with guest preferences.Lead, train, and mentor the bar team, ensuring staff are well-versed in menu offerings and provide top-tier service.Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure all supplies are well-organized and stored according to health and safety standards.Create and review employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak and off-peak hours.Implement and monitor bar operations in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Anticipate and address guest concerns, ensuring exceptional service at all times.Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and events to drive bar sales and enhance guest satisfaction.Maintain strong communication with the food and beverage management team to ensure smooth coordination between the bar, kitchen, and other outlets.Must be flexible with their schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, evening, and overnights if needed. ​

Compensation:

$80,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary
