JOB SUMMARY:
Provides fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers and bartenders.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure; places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures
Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
Slices and pits fruit, and fills ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machines
Washes and dries beverage glasses
Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with department procedures
Wipes counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation
Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
Replaces empty draught beer kegs as may be required
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
Promotes casino events and programs
Works closely with Total Rewards to promote new card sign up programs.
Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and casino supervisors
Provides personalized service and uses guest name
Resolves service problems according to guidelines
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Highschool diploma preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Literate and fluent in English
Must be 21 years of age
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Must be able to obtain Care Card from approved Care Training provider

Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation

Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., pens, money, garnishes), bend, stoop and twist while carrying bar stock to and from supply areas; stand and walk for up to four hours; able to use hand motions when cleaning and wiping bar areas
