Position Summary: 

This position is responsible for maintaining and stocking bars in accordance with department procedures and standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitionsResponsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glasswareCleans floors, equipment, countertops and shelves in assigned outlets

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists Bartender with maintaining garnishes, washing glassware and overall cleanliness of bars

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Must be able to follow written directionsMust be able to fill stock orders

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Good written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff proceduresBasic knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and glasswareThorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelinesWorking knowledge of the property and gaming floor

Training Requirements:

Outlet-specific standard operating proceduresSMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
