Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: + Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions + Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware + Cleans floors, equipment, countertops and shelves in assigned outlets Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Assists Bartender with maintaining garnishes, washing glassware and overall cleanliness of bars Minimum Education and Qualifications: + Must be able to follow written directions + Must be able to fill stock orders Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: + Good written and verbal communication skills + Knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures + Basic knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and glassware + Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines + Working knowledge of the property and gaming floor Training Requirements: + Outlet-specific standard operating procedures + SMART alcohol awareness Physical Demands and Work Environment: + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. + Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
