Responsibilities:

\n\nBeing part of setting up an exciting new bar\nCreating inventive and creative cocktail and bar menus for all outlets\nOverseeing daily bar operations while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and licensing regulations\nCollaborate with Marketing to launch Perth's Epic Bar\nBoosting bar performance and precisely analysing sales and beverage costs\nStaying in tune with the current mixology trend to drive revenue\nCrafting memorable moments for our guests and teams\n\n

About You:

\n\nCertified Approved Manager (or willingness to obtain) with a knack for cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology expertise\nProven bar management or supervisory experience in vibrant, high-energy settings\nOutstanding leadership abilities to combine creativity with a focus on revenue\nSharp commercial interest to drive the outlet’s financial success\nHospitality enthusiast, trend-savvy, and a pro at launching new initiatives\n\n
