THE JOB:
As a Bar Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage outlets across the property. From stocking glassware and condiments to maintaining cleanliness and organization in bar areas, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure our bars run efficiently. This dynamic role includes supporting multiple locations, handling inventory, and assisting with setup and breakdown of portable bars for events. STARTING RATE: $23.8793 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Stock glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other necessary items in beverage outlets.Maintain assigned inventory levels, complete bar transfers, and manage dry stock deliveries.Set up and break down portable bars for events, ensuring all equipment is properly handled and stored.Organize and maintain the beer and soda pump rooms, as well as storage rooms and warehouses.Communicate inventory needs with management, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained at all times.Work closely with bartenders and bar staff to ensure they have what they need for efficient operations.Follow health and safety protocols, including SNHD and OSHA regulations, when handling chemicals and performing cleaning duties.Support the team by proactively stepping in where needed, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment for both staff and guests.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
6+ months of experience in a similar role, or familiarity with stocking and cleaning in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift and transport heavy items like cases of beer and bar equipment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to maintain cleanliness and stock levels.Comfortable working on-call shifts and moving between multiple locations, including casino floors and back-of-house areas.Knowledge of SNHD and OSHA regulations is a plus.A team player who takes pride in helping others and maintaining a smooth operation.THE PERKS & BENEFITS:
