Reporting into the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Bar operation with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
What you will do
Work closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the menus and wine listsHelp managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high standards of hospitality.Ensure the bar complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulationsEnsure guests receive a premium experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.What you bring
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.Two to three years previous experience in a line or supervisory position in Food & Beverage.Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons’ cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English languages.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
