ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain supplies needed for the bar and drink areas Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc) at bars Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars Filling ice bins Stock bars with alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages, such as soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars Maintain cleanliness of beer coolers and bars Sweep, map and take out trash May be required to operate POS system and mix and serve drinks and/or food, and receive gratuities when needed.
