For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Summary: As a Runner, you will be responsible for going from bar stations to bar stations, stocking, refilling garnishes, polishing glassware, stacking, hauling, bringing supplies to and from storage and supporting bartenders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Replenish liquor, beer, wine, ice, and glassware to each bar stations based on each service + Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, includes cleaning and organizing the stocking areas, bar stations, countertops, and floor stations + Prepare fruit and other garnishes, and any other request per clients service + Provides bartenders with support in order to assure compliance with company service standards + Maintain product and company standard knowledge + Coordinates with all Concession Management teams, partners to ensure efficient delivery to each stations + Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: + At least 1 year previous bar and hospitality experience + Must be able to mirror the hours of a bartender to ensure open and close bar activities during each shift + Ability to lift heavy items (50 pounds or more) + Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of times + Must be able to work and coordinate will with others + Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment + Basic knowledge of beer, liquor, and flavor profiles, including garnishes Apply to Levy today!
