Job Description

What You Will Do:

Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferencesKeep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displaysShare your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experienceHandle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policyFollow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant

What We Are Looking For:

Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferredFood Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shiftFlexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysOutgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome
