Responsibilities Responsible for delivering excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.Greet Guests in a friendly manner and taking drink orders and answering questions about menu choices.Prepare coffee, tea, and other drinks to Guest specifications.Uses point of sale system and/or cash register to collect payment and record transactions.Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures.Answer Guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management.Maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs.Responsible for preparing all food items in accordance with established specifications.Scoop ice cream to fill Guest orders.Follow all recipe and control procedures.Responsible for always maintaining a clean and sanitary area in full accordance with state health regulations.Encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all Associates, by always setting positive examples.Assists in various of food and beverage departments as needed.All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous barista experience preferredExcellent communication, guest service and time management skills

Physical Requirements:

This position requires constant standing and walking. Frequent bending, squatting, handling and grasping. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. Pushing and pulling and average weight of 97lbs

Working Environment

Indoor working conditions in fast paced environment.

Miscellaneous Requirements

Candidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
