This includes requisitioning product orders, setting up necessary products and equipment for service, and executing opening and closing procedures. + Ensure orderliness, tidiness, and smooth operations, and promptly notifying the manager of any observed discrepancies related to procedures, quality, or standards. + Address customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service. + Place orders for necessary items by coordinating directly or indirectly with suppliers, following established guidelines and product-specific requirements. + Complete weekly inventory of bar utensils, including recording wastage/breakage, and communicate findings to the manager. Monitor par and stock levels and maintain accurate log sheets (fridge and chiller temperature, vegetable sanitation, etc.). **Qualifications** **LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS** **Language Proficiency** + Fluency in English. **Specific Expertise** + Knowledge of different specialty drink items preparations is a plus. **EDUCATION** High school degree. **EXPERIENCE** Zero to two years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** **Customer Focus** Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
