What will I be doing?

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing Guests with food and drinks as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nReceive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner.\nCreate and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails and soft drinks etc.\nTake food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required.\nUnderstand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.\nKeep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.\nEfficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts\nAnswer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner\nFollow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.\nPractice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.\n
