Job Description

To handle all payment transactions for all foods and/or beverages/ or products purchased in the restaurant outlets. 

Responsibilities

 

Prepare, serve, and sell coffee drinks, ice cream, sandwiches & soup, cold beverages & snacks and at all times ensuring that the products are fresh and of good qualityProvide excellent customer service to guests/members and internal guests, as well as greeting guests who pass byMaintaining organization and cleanliness in the patio area in front and the library beside the outletMulti-tasking by stocking, cleaning, preparing orders, processing orders in the computer & pleasant professional conversation with customers.Follow all cleanliness standards and complete daily opening and closing checklists consistently.Processing forms of payment correctly and obtaining all required guest information per transaction.

Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)

 8-9 hours per day in season (may vary more or less) Must be able to work between the hours of 5:45 AM to 11 PM, this is dependent upon job status and availability. Weekends and holidaysDays off vary due to business levels Qualifications
