THE JOB:

As a Barista/Server at The Signature, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional guest experiences. Your warm smile and outstanding service will set the stage for every visitor. By crafting delicious beverages and serving food with care, you'll connect with each guest, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Through your dedication, you'll help create WOW moments that guests will remember long after their stay with us.


STARTING RATE: $14.3358/hour plus tips

RESTAURANT HOURS:

Starbucks

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM Friday to Sunday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Delights

Sunday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Versatility in Service Locations: Work in both Starbucks and Delights locations within The Signature, delivering exceptional service to guests at multiple venues.

Order Preparation and Service: Efficiently take, prepare, and serve food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and speed to meet guest expectations.

Cash Handling: Manage payments accurately while following proper cash handling procedures to ensure security and compliance.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment in both the front and back of the house, including clearing tables, counters, and sweeping dining areas without disrupting guests.

Order Fulfillment: Pack guest orders according to their preferences and provide necessary condiments to enhance their dining experience.

Shift Responsibilities: Perform opening and closing duties as required by shift schedules, ensuring all areas are fully prepared for service.

Point-of-Sale Proficiency: Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively to process transactions quickly and accurately.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Food Service: Previous work experience in a restaurant or quick service dining environment, demonstrating familiarity with food and beverage operations.

Customer Service Expertise: Strong background in customer service roles, showcasing the ability to engage with guests and address their needs effectively.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Proficiency: Experience with operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing.

Adaptability and Teamwork: Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, adapting to various roles and responsibilities as needed to support overall operational success.
