UT Government is looking for a Barrier/Service Technician Unlimited Technologies is currently seeking a motivated Service Technician for our DC office to provide maintenance and service for gates, gate arms and barriers. These systems include hydraulic driven vehicle barriers, electro-mechanical drive systems, gates and gate operators, variable frequency drives, low voltage controls, PLC controls and loop detectors. Unlimited Technologies serves commercial, industrial, military and federal clients. The Service Technician will need to ensure a high quality of customer service. They must be able to diagnose systems and problem solve when given only non-technical descriptions provided by the customers and possess superb customer service skills. Training will be provided. Our goal is to minimize any client system downtime and exceed customer expectations by ensuring quality results in a timely manner. Must be a good communicator, able to work with customers with a range of technical and security backgrounds. **Requirements** + High school diploma or state-recognized equivalent. + Comfortable working onsite daily and working outside + Valid state driver license with a clean driving record for the last three (3) years. + Mechanical inclined **Qualifications** + Ability to obtain and retain a U.S. Government Security Clearance preferred. + DCJS Certification or ability to obtain is required. + Prior troubleshooting experience a plus Pay Range $60,000—$70,000 USD **Benefits** + Health, dental, and vision coverage + Life insurance + 401 (k) w/company match 100% up to 3% and an additional 50% match of 2% + Paid time off + 11 Paid Holidays **_We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
