Here’s what being a part of our authentic crew entails: + Greet guests promptly in friendly manner + Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. + Prepares and stocks bare areas with all products including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc., + Maintains stocks, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality + Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu + Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner + Check guests at bar for proper identification; adheres to Responsible Alcohol Service policy and alcohol service regulations. + Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained. + Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized. + Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks in assigned area and preparation tasks. + Prepares guests checks and collect payment; adhere to Levy Cash Handling policy. + Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties, inventory management, and preparation tasks. + Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills: + Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively. + Proficient in mixology, with the ability to prepare a variety of classic and custom cocktails; knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and alcohol types. + Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements. + This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events. Qualifications + Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry. + Previous bartender experience preferred. Physical demands: + Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands. + Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary. + Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. + Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. + Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
